Storm Rush is another case of where an attack's animation can finish and the opponent can block in time, rending the attack useless as a counter. Riptide Strike is highly telegraphed and slow enough that an opponent often has time to recover and parry unless the attack has a long recovery time, and even then, a parry would land the same amount of damage as it can be followed up by a top heavy. Now, while it is labelled as a counter-attacker, it doesn't have much in the way of actually counter-attacking in a meaningful way. The main issue with Orochi is the fact it's moveset is just 2 moves that can be used reliably (the double top light combo and the zone attack) outside of getting a parry, deflect or otherwise punishing another hero for a missed attack. Currently, Orochi is pretty low on the hero list for effectiveness, it may be an Assassin class, but it plays closer to a Vanguard that can deflect. ![]()
